As a community the FLOW Tribe carries a strong strength bias. But, not just as a modality or style of training. This strength comes from the character building and relationships formed built from training with one another to beat yesterday and become the best versions of ourselves that we always wanted to be.
We are always looking for like-minded individuals to join our posse. So if increasing longevity, building strength in body & mind sound like your gag, then we are your gang.
